Payr is the next generation payment platform app empowering consumers to pay invoices in flexible and smart ways. Our customers can pay any invoice using a bank account, debit or credit card or digital wallets, saving time and money. You can even save up bonus points on your credit card while paying your regular invoices. We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to boost user growth through digital channels.


What you will be doing:

  • Plan and execute all initiatives related to performance marketing
  • Develop the right KPIs
  • Measure, track and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns (Adwords, Facebook ads etc)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Develop new and creative growth strategies
  • Utilise your strong, analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels in the product
  • Hire and collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Ideally, you are:

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Strongly analytical, with a data-driven mindset
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and tracking

Experience/skills you must have:

  • 3+ years of hands-on work experience in digital marketing - preferably in a B2C setting
  • Experience with setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and Facebook ad campaigns
  • Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel or Fabric
  • Experience with optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with having budget responsibility
  • Fluency in English and Norwegian (or another Scandinavian language)

It would also be great if you have:

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience with Hubspot and/or other marketing and CRM tools
  • Experience from working with mobile apps
