We're looking for data driven Growth Hacker who want's to grow together with us. 

If you have "can do" -attitude and experience with some of the tools or the objectives below, we would love to discus with you further.

Objectives that you'll work on:

• Brainstorming new growth experiments, implementing and measuring the results for Swappie's Sweden operations
• Optimizing conversion rates of Swappie's Swedish site (togethter with design/front-end development teams)
• Demand creation through various channels in Sweden
• Creating / managing new content creation: Ads, copywriting, design, video editing etc. for the Swedish market
• Optimizing ads and other content for Sweden
• Developing Swappie's inbound and retention marketing for Sweden
• Keeping CAC at target level

You're awesome at:

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a digital marketer / growth hacker in a high growth environment
• Experience with SEM,Video, Display advertising or other online advertising. (Adwords, Facebook etc).
• SEO Knowledge On-page/Off-page, keyword analysis
• Native fluency in Swedish & English languages (mandatory). 
• Expert in creating original content that drive business and create more brand value and recall.
  
• Great team player, but also able to work independently

• Google Analytics, Hotjar, BigQuery, Power BI
• All the major self serve Advertising platforms
• Invision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud
• Klaviyo, and our own internal e-commerce tools
• Google Optimize
