As a Design Lead, you will have the main responsibility in designing Blockchangers' products and services. This includes the products we make for our 30+ clients from a wide array of sectors, as well as our internal projects.

You will be part of a flat organisational structure based on Valve's Handbook and work freely in autonomous teams based on Spotify's Tribes and Squads. Our salary is competitive, and our bonus system is transparent.

You're an octopus: multi-tasking is not a problem (and since you're a designer you probably know how to use ink).

What are we looking for?

Experience with interaction (UX) design, concept development and graphical design
Experience with web design
Experience creating icons, web graphic, and a plus for CSS knowledge.
Experience with, or interest in blockchain and smart contracts
Background as designer, web designer, art director or similar
Experience with design thinking
