As a member of the meploy community operation team, as a Staffing Specialist, you will be in charge of our biggest accounts, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. You will start up new businesses and work with marketing, recruiting and finding the right people for the positions. Have in mind, we are a fast-growing startup, so there will always be other tasks to do, so you need to be adaptable and not afraid of trying new things.

What you’ll do

• Ensure our client's staffing needs are met.
• Pro-actively drive and build our client relationship, always being ahead of their needs.
• Introduce new clients to meploy.
• Hold onboarding workshops.
• Screen work seekers applying to the meploy community.
• Communicate to work seekers about job opportunities.
• Analyze feedback, input, and present to the product team.
• Oversee and optimize the onboarding process for work seekers.

What you’ll need

• Great communication skills in person and on phone.
• A very, very service-minded attitude.
• Experience from working at a temp/recruitment agency is a plus.
• Knowledge of SoMe ads systems
• Willingness to quickly learn, adapt and apply new skills.
• Ability to self-serve and investigate. Self-starter attitude is a must.
• Fluent in Danish and English. Ok levels are not good enough for this position.
• Experience from client meetings and drive the relationship-building process.
• You are structured and have some analytical skills.
• You’re able to leave your ego at home and work with radical honesty between team members.
