What are we looking for?
We're looking for several more Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our Inside Sales Team. The bar has been set high, but if you’re ready to be part of a world-class sales team with a unique sales career model don’t stop reading.
As a Dixa BDR you will be responsible for driving revenue pipeline through outbound prospecting and following up on marketing sourced leads.
You will be the front line of the Dixa sales team, and will drive awareness and interest in our customer service software in a territory and/or vertical and work closely with the marketing and account executive team to drive pipeline, demos and meetings. You will be trained in articulating and evangelising Dixa’s business benefits and generating leads using our CRM system and a variety of other smart prospecting tools.
We are looking for profiles with the specific qualities listed below, however we understand that you probably won't naturally have all these specific skills from the start. As a talented profile, we expect you to learn quickly.
Requirements
A successful Business Development Representative at Dixa can show and prove the following skills:
- A fundamental drive to be successful and an optimistic mindset
- Team-oriented and collaborative nature - a positive attitude and desire to win are a must
- Works hard and takes initiative to deliver value to our prospects and customers
- Ability to “connect the dots” and “figure it out” - SaaS, tech, prospecting and social business networks can be a complex mix
- Take personal ownership to be successful in the role
- Adapt to and thrive in new situations where you’re challenged
- A will and belief to overachieve against your quota for the team to hit its goals
- Genuine curiosity about people, technology and business, with excellent listening skills
- Strong track record of performance in a previous role or in University or Business School
- Detail oriented, organised mindset with an ability to manage time effectively
- A competitive nature in some field (e.g. sport, athletics etc.) is a plus
- SaaS knowledge or sales experience a major plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
