Budbee is a fast-growing tech start-up based in Stockholm. We are developing the next generation last mile logistics solutions for the e-commerce industry and (almost dare to say) we are getting pretty good at this as well. We feel it would only make sense to start offering our services also outside of Sweden. We are now looking for a team-member to join us as a Customer Service & Traffic Controller, with the main aim of helping us establishing our operations in Copenhagen!

What you will do

As part of Budbee´s Customer Service Team you will be providing high quality professional service to both Consumers (B2C) and Merchants (B2B) by assisting them solve both pre and post purchase related inquiries. You will be a vital support in requests regarding Budbee´s products and services.

Via communication primarily by phone, chat and email, you will be acting as a key point of contact towards our customers. Moreover, you will be assisting our drivers, helping them excel in their deliveries. Questions may include finding tricky addresses, managing changes in consumer preferences as well as technical questions. Through a high interaction with other departments within Budbee, you will also gain a great understanding of how the whole operational and commercial machinery works at Budbee.

• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
• Fluency in the Danish language
