At Dooer you will work with the team that created Pingdom and Loopia. The goal is to build a company that might as well have been in Silicon Valley, although we are doing it together in Stockholm and Västerås.

Your role with us

• Building on our Android client app in React Native with the goal of creating a world-class mobile service
• Being responsible for the app's architecture, enabling high quality as well as accelerating future development
• Designing APIs in GraphQL together with our backend engineers, taking the mobile environment into consideration
• Actively contributing to the design process for upcoming features, and coming up with suggestions for further improvements to help our users

Your qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a web frontend- or mobile app developer
• Comfortable with coding in Javascript and/or adjacent languages such as Typescript, ReasonML, Flow
• Experience with React or React Native at a professional level
• Great experience in various types of automated testing, including unit tests, integration tests, and UI tests
• Experience in working against backend APIs, GraphQL experience is a plus
• Being able to write elegant and well-documented code that follows platform conventions

Who you are

We believe you are a frontend developer, passionate about building client applications with the user experience in focus and longing to use the latest technologies in production. You keep yourself up to date with the software development community and might be contributing to open-source.

Being part of a team, you are a great communicator and collaborator. You are also a person who is able to operate with less guidance and take responsibility for a code base. When programming, you always have the architecture in mind and often extract frameworks and modules from the code base as a natural part of your work.

Just like us, you believe in the importance of testing and Continuous Integration to maintain an exceptional quality both in the code base and the end product. You also love adding the final touch to an animation which makes the app come alive.
