Mindjumpers was founded ten years ago in Copenhagen as a full service social agency. Two years ago, we opened the doors to Mindjumpers London and just recently we opened an office in Leeds as well. Between our three offices, we have the pleasure of working with some of the best brands in the world, including LEGO Group, Arla, Carlsberg Group and Telenor.

The job

We are looking for a dedicated IT-supporter to help administer our IT systems. You will hold a key role, helping our three offices with technical tasks related to the daily operation of our hardware and software solutions in a timely, professional and pleasant manner. You will be working from our Copenhagen office.

Mindjumpers is a flat structured organisation which means that you will work closely with management and have a say in the decisions made. You will use your knowledge in a growing and successful company with strong international relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and maintaining workstations (primarily Mac OS)
• Maintaining servers (Linux and Windows-based) and other IT infrastructure
• Monitoring and improving back-up processes of relevant data in the company
• Ongoing improvement and maintenance of high security standards, both towards external threats and continuously seeking compliance with the GDPR and other legislation across all countries of operation
• Collaborating with your colleagues in Copenhagen, London and Leeds

You

• A positive mindset, you like to solve problems and are service-minded by nature
• Eager to learn and quick to pick up how to operate different kinds of digital systems
• Excellent general IT literacy
• Knowledge of WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS are a plus
• Knowledge of Linux server operations through SSH are a plus
• Experience with managing computers
• Fluent in English, since not all of your co-workers will speak Danish
