Solutions Strategists are expected to help clients define their AI vision and roadmap to implement AI Solutions, and with AI scientists, engineers and system developers help build and deploy real-time solutions.

The Industry Solutions team at Silo.AI works closely with clients to discover and define the highest impact applications for AI for their business. Solutions Strategists act as trusted advisors throughout clients’ AI journeys, ranging from defining an executive vision for AI, to building a long-term roadmap that identifies priority AI use cases and enablers, to articulating specific technologies for valuable, desirable, and feasible AI Solutions that Silo.AI’s technical teams deliver. 

As a member of the Industry Solutions team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with and learn from world-class AI researchers and engineers as well as account executives to create transformative AI solutions. Solutions Strategists are part of industry-specific teams tasked with helping clients to define their AI vision and roadmap, and to implement AI Solutions. Your role focuses especially on defining a high-level vision, choosing AI technologies, building project roadmaps and helping clients understand the strategic fit and potential impact this could have in their business. We expect candidates to have a rare combination of experience in and passion for business solutions and AI technologies. Ideally, the candidates have full fluency in AI tehcnologies and have shifted to a more strategic and business-oriented focus.

Tasks covered by Solutions Strategists:

• Research and analyze to have a clear vision about the implications of AI in specific industries;

• Generate business-level use cases for applying AI and creating customer value;

• Work with clients to understand their business processes, customer journeys, and value drivers, as well as to assess the business impact and strategic fit of potential AI Solutions;

• Work with clients and technical teammates to identify organizational enablers (people, process, technology and data) required for AI transformations;

• Support client development and proposal development efforts.

Ideal background of a Solutions Strategist:

• Strong technical background in research and/or implementation related to AI technologies, covering especially machine learning, natural language processing and/or computer vision ;

• Experience excelling in a top-tier management consultancy, investment bank, strategic business development roles, and/or industry experience in high-growth technology companies;

• Experience with the entrepreneurial dynamics of a start-up

• Excellent organizational skills with efficient time management and the ability to prioritize work effectively;

• Exceptional communication, collaboration and problem solving skills .
