The job as Technical Project Manager is situated in the Product Management Team but implies close collaboration with development, where you will  coordinate the technical projects of the company. It is a newly established position, which is your chance to make your mark on product development within a well-funded startup.

About you 

You probably have a background as a software developer and experience with technical project management. You have a structured and analytical approach and are able to prioritise between tasks. In this role communication and collaboration is of vital importance, so you acknowledge that the foundation of successful teamwork is based on collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities include:

• Test design and test-driven development
• Lead and coordinate project activities with technical specialists
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across the development team
• Be in charge of project planning, stakeholder management, forecasting
• Ensure product lives up to quality requirements
• Be technically responsible for the final product
• Motivate team to reach milestones and keep deadlines as well as ensuring collaboration and handling conflicts in a constructive manner
• Assist Product Management in technical aspects of executing the projects throughout their entire life cycle
• Identify and manage technical risks and dependencies

Your qualifications:

• 3+ years experience with technical project management
• You have a background as developer and worked with PHP or JacaScript
• Experience developing or supporting applications from end-to-end
• Experience working with systems that require localization at global scale
• Familiarity with version control systems such as GIT
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of curiosity and intense desire to succeed
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to think creatively, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve and prioritize
