Kaffe Bueno is the 1st circular economy around coffee, combining coffee's waste with biotechnology to extract active ingredients inside it and use them in the cosmetic and nutraceutical industry. We're building Scandinavia's 1st coffee bio-refinery in September (1st of its kind in the world) and looking for more technical people to help us achieve our mission. Lots of things to do in the meantime. Come and help us, change the world one cup at a time !

We are currently developing Scandinavia 1st Coffee Biorefinery, and the most sustainable in the world. We are currently testing new extraction methods and developing new products from coffee waste. Also starting to experiment with fermentation and production of different organic acids.

From now till September, it will consist mostly developing and researching theoretically with current literature, assistance on grant writing, process optimization and doing small lab scale experiments. And projects to increase coffee waste value.
