Become a Junior UX Researcher at Tradeshift
We recognize that business is messy and business is social. Understanding these two facts drives the development of Tradeshift. We connect companies of all sizes and provides them with the platform, network and tools they need to develop apps and communicate in real-time and we empower our customers to create value from old processes like invoicing, payments and workflow. You learned that procurement and payments can be really interesting. You also helped the product team at Tradeshift make better decisions about what to work on, how to prioritize projects and become a listening organization. Pretty good year!
Your research made huge waves establishing a shared understanding about how our users work among Tradeshift’s stakeholders. After you met with a range of both buyers and sellers, you made sure to share those insights by establishing and continuously updating our research library with key research findings. This made our PM’s and designers extremely happy. Thanks to you, we are now better prepared to launch coming features and help our users work even more efficiently - all due to your research. We are impressed!
But there is more. You also helped us establish the UX Research practice by evangelizing research, planning Share & Learn syncs and fun events like Testing Thursdays. By working with our UX Research lead, you developed effective recruiting techniques, manageable incentive systems and improved communication around research. Well done!
Not only that, you also took part in creating, collecting and analyzing user engagement metrics using Google Analytics and Mixpanel to reflect how Tradeshift delivers value. Your presentations of the research findings give our executive team constant feedback on where things are going well, and what we can improve.
