As a Customer Success Manager, your ultimate goal is to make sure that your customers reach and exceed their goals within digital advertising through using the Bannerflow platform. You will own the overall relationship with your assigned customers, from getting them successfully onboard, to help them develop more sophisticated advertising.

As their first point of contact, you will be close to both decision makers and designers. Acting as their trusted advisor and pushing the boundaries of the customer’s mindset. Internally you will be their advocate, supplying valuable feedback and knowledge, which will be used to improve the Bannerflow product. The outcome is increased value, satisfaction, and renewal of the customer.

You have:

  • A genuine passion for customer success!
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or similar. 3+ years.
  • Experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience in contract negotiation.
  • Fluency in English, oral and written.
  • Great presentation skills.
  • The ability to turn problems into opportunities.
  • Strong drive and a proactive mindset. You don’t wait for the answer, you seek it for yourself.
  • The ability to thrive in an energizing and fast-paced environment.
