We are looking for talent to join our Stockholm based cyber security startup AxCrypt. We have global coustumers within both B2C and B2B.  

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing results, executing continuous A/B testing and optimizing workflows.
• Create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation, churn prevention and hacks customer buzzfeed growth.
• Linking SEO/SEM, analytics and MA campaign optimization.
• Campaign project management
• Coordinating tasks and cooperating with creatives and commercial colleagues.
• Planning and creating best practice growth hack engagement concepts, setting KPIs and aligning activities of sales and marketing with production

Talent, Attitude & Experience

• Higher education in marketing/communications/IT/business or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience with one or more Marketing Automation platforms
• Experience from CRM-platform
• Experience from customer engagement marketing, digital marketing, email marketing, content marketing
• Business and marketing oriented tech savvy reading HTML, SQL, Apex
• Experience from Data Management Platforms, smart advertising and web analytics
• Helicopter understanding of marketing automation as digital backbone of company core processes
• Fluent in English, Swedish is fun but company language is English
• Fearless Doer and Team player DOER with Growth Hack attitude
