Working with the International Customer Service Team responding to customer’s queries via Zendesk (knowledge to the platform is not a must)

Job Description:

• Handling overflow contacts from the all over the world.
• Responding to queries received via Social Media or Live Chat.
• Gathering product and process feedback.
• Occasional translating may be required.
