Cobiro is growing fast and we are looking for a Development Manager to work with our tech team, and facilitate development of our roadmap. You will be a part of a fast-growing, professional and engaged team, and make great use of your project management skills.

The opportunity

You will be joining a company, where quality and knowledge sharing is valued. As a Development Manager, you will work closely with the Product Manager in prioritising and breaking down the product backlog. In addition, you can use your skills and experience as SCRUM master / Agile Coach / Kanban Flow Manager, making sure the development team is always on track. 

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and coordinate project activities with technical specialists
  
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across the development team
• Prioritise and steamline technology and framework choices
• Write technical specs and facilitate knowledge sharing
• Be in charge of project planning, stakeholder management, forecasting
• Be technically responsible for the final product
  
• Assist Product Management in technical aspects of executing the projects throughout their entire life cycle

About you:

• 2+ years as Team / Tech Lead in an agile web development 
• 2+ Development experience with PHP or TypeScript
• Experience developing or supporting applications from end-to-end
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of curiosity
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to think creatively, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve and prioritize
