As our legal specialist, you’ll be responsible to provide legal advice via telephone and in writing as well as take care of the preparation of legal documents for our clients. Also, you’ll assist in optimizing and constantly developing the technological service to provide our clients with exceptional advice and support. 

Specifically, you’ll: 

• Provide legal advice regarding the drafting of testaments, buying process of real estate, preparation of marriage contracts, etc.
• Prepare standard contracts and legal documents for our individual client cases
• Interact with clients on daily basis, who are in the need of legal advice and support
• Handle the correspondence with external authorities
• Coordinate the communication, advisory and administrative process of our client cases
• Educate and advice coworkers on legal matters
• Be a contributing member of the team and contribute ideas/opinions to the team and your manager

Currently, we are establishing a new subsidiary of Ageras. With your expert knowledge, you’ll support the development of the new affiliate from the first exciting stage of its incorporation and have the chance to contribute with your skills and expertise to the development and further establishment of both businesses. Also, you’ll be able to form and develop your position as legal specialist within the setup.

Requirements

You are: 

As our legal specialist, you are our legal expert in our company. You enjoy sharing your knowledge among the entire organization to support the business development. Also, you will advise our clients, who are in the need of lawyers and support in finding the perfect expert for them. As a person, you are outgoing, solution-oriented and enjoy communicating with our clients to provide exceptional service. 

Maybe you have experiences from working in the legal service industry or have been working as a jurist and have experiences from a previous job in handling client cases within legal matters, but are eager to try something new and be a part of a dynamic, international environment? 

You also have: 

• Near-native Danish language skills and conversational English language skills 
• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in law (an accreditation or authorization as lawyer is not a requirement)
• Strong knowledge in Danish law
• Minimum 1 year experience working in a legal environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
• The people skills to work with individuals in and out of the organization
• A forward-thinking and hands-on approach
• Maintain the highest integrity and compliance in everything
