POSITION: PAID MARKETING ASSISTANT

As a Paid Marketing Assistant at SOUNDBOKS, you will become part of an international company with a young atmosphere and lots of ambition. We work closely together, we love what we do, and we do our best to make sure everyone in the team feels valued, respected and important.

Being a part of the E-commerce team, you will be placed in a team consisting of skilled developers and marketers. You will become the bridge between our web developers and our E-commerce team making sure that the website becomes better and better, displaying all marketing traits we find important. Together with our front-ender and our graphical designer, you will optimize the website in terms of conversions. You will also be the main person responsible for project management during large campaigns and the visibility of these on the website.

It is important that you consider yourself a person who can work within a team, but who can also run with projects yourself in a structured way. You are a person who is inspired by a lively working environment and a good communicator, as you will be cooperating with several teams within SOUNDBOKS.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

To fulfill these responsibilities, you should have knowledge of E-commerce and/or E-business, and it is a plus if you have experience with website maintenance. To successfully perform the job, the following skills and experience are required:

• Experience within project management or digital project management
• Business understanding of digital platforms such as WooCommerce/Shopify or other backend systems
• An eagerness to learn more 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your key responsibilities include: 

• Keeping an overview of all the websites (soundboks.com and soundboks.com/eu)
• Putting together action plans and timelines in regards to developing our website
• Project Management - monitoring and coordinate all the internal stakeholders
• Website maintenance. Make sure there are no glitches on the website
• Ad hoc tasks
