Customer Support Manager is all about helping and supporting both current and potential landlords and tenants. We help people resolve their issues and turn unhappy users into our most passionate evangelists.

The Job:

We are seeking an attentive, personable, highly-organized Customer Support Manager to support the team in Stockholm as we continue to grow. This is a full-time opportunity working with an amazing operations team on the daily functions that are at the core of Renthia.

  • Deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms (email/ chat/ phone).
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Approve and help customers in the Back office system.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
  • Generate and analyse customer survey.

  • Passion for helping others and creating support experiences that exceed users' expectations.
  • Able to write and communicate in Swedish and English.
  • Good knowledge in Office 365, tex. Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
  • Experience of digital management tools and other business systems.
  • Meritorious: Adobe Photoshop
