VentureFusion aims to become the leading global startup incubator and accelerator platform running on the blockchain with the objective to support startups, freelancers and investors by bringing them together in a tokenized ecosystem of trust and transparency.  Our business venture has been long in the works, and right now we are about to take-off and finally launch. Your function
VentureFusion is seeking a committed Jr. Outreach and Public Relations Manager who is passionate about growing brand awareness through outreach. You will (along with others) be building a strategy for initiating and maintaining relations with both the mainstream media and with social media influencers who may assist us in promotion activities. You will be creating media (and influencer) databases, be in charge of outreach and help maintain relations with existing contacts. You will also be part of creating our media kits and other relevant press materials.
This work requires both a strategic and a creative mindset, as well as excellent time-management skills. 

You will get to:
  -   Research and add media contacts to our database, update existing contacts.
  -   Along with others, build our strategy for media outreach and PR, including drafting email templates.
  -   Drafting, disseminating and pitching media alerts and press releases.
  -   Building our database with story-headlines, pictures, etc., for media use.
  -   Monitor the market and suggest topics for news or feature story coverage.
  -   Research media interview/article opportunities. Provide relevant company material from database.
  -   Prepare interview questions and answers, and help prep for interviews.
  -   Providing support to the communications department by fact-checking, analyzing, and drafting external communications material.
  -   Collaborate with colleagues from all departments.
  -   Participating in brainstorms and project meetings.
  -   Creating publicity materials and media kits.
  -   Researching, organizing and executing outreach events and initiatives.


Your qualifications
  -   You are proactive, productive and confident in your skills.
  -   You have a relevant educational background, preferably within your Master degree.
  -   You have a can-do attitude, and loves creating and executing outreach strategies.
  -   You love representing brands, and understand the importance of maintaining good relations with the press.
  -   You are a natural communicator, with strong persuasive abilities.
  -   You can handle rejection, and is good at tackling criticism.  
  -   You work well in teams, but is also very capable of working alone.
  -   You are close to fluent in English.
  -   You are able to work minimum 25 hours pr. week.
  -   You are able to work from home, under strict deadlines.
  -   Previous experience working in a startup/tech company, and/or working in an international environment is a big plus.

Basic knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies is an advantage. If you are unfamiliar with the technology, we expect that you will put in the time to learn the basics of why it is relevant, and how it is revolutionizing our world!
