Your function
VentureFusion is seeking a committed content strategy creator to assist our marketing & communications department.
VentureFusion is a new company, and together with the other staff members in the department, you will be part of the entire process of building our social media communications strategy, specifically our online content strategy, i.e. what we publish, when we publish and where we publish content online.  Much of your work will consist of performing analytics and market research, and building a strategy for how VentureFusion may set itself apart from the competition. In a team with others, you will be creating a complete content strategy for all relevant social media, narrowing down and initiating specific tasks, and delegating them to content creators and our digital design team.
This work requires both a strategic and a creative mindset, as well as excellent research and analytics skills. 

You will get to:
  -   Be part of the social media strategy creation process, responsible specifically for our online content strategy.
  -   Be part of our creative marketing team, coming up with ideas for increasing social media engagement and participation through our published content.
  -   Be part of developing our online content strategy, and executing the strategy as content is published online.
  -   Analyze content engagement, measure campaign results, and adjust content  strategy as needed.


Your qualifications
  -   You are proactive, productive and confident in your skills.
  -   You have a relevant educational background, preferably within your Master degree.
  -   You have a keen understanding of marketing and communication strategy creation, and how it relates to social media.
  -   You are creative, and know how to engage readers online, and how to keep them interested in a project.
  -   You are analytical, and is good at analyzing competitors. You know how to create unique content strategies, and how to engage readers online.
  -   You work well in teams, but is also very capable of working alone.
  -   You are a good communicator, who is close to fluent in English.
  -   You are able to work a minimum of 20 hours pr. week.
  -   You are able to work from home, under strict deadlines.
  -   Previous experience working in a startup/tech company, and or working in an international environment is a big plus.

Basic knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies is an advantage. If you are unfamiliar with the technology, we expect that you will put in the time to learn the basics of why it is relevant, and how it is revolutionizing our world!
