Your function
VentureFusion is seeking a committed Education and Training Program Developer for our business development team. With the objective of offering high quality teaching and training materials to startups in our virtual incubator, VentureFusion is seeking an intern who is passionate about supporting startups by developing platform tools, educational material and training programs that leads to startup success. During your internship, you will be working closely with our business developers and our programmers, to help build a full service platform that can turn a good idea into a successful business launch.

You will get to:
  -   Be part of the corporate business development process.
  -   Help to create a strategy for all the educational material in our virtual incubator.
  -   Create educational material, training sessions and training tools. (Help is always available for implementation).
  -   Run beta tests, measure and analyse the use of our educational material, and optimize material when needed.
  -   Perform quality control on all relevant material.
  -   Assist with training/seminar videos productions.


Your qualifications
  -   You are proactive, productive and confident in your skills.
  -   You have a relevant educational background, preferably within your Master degree.
  -   You have a keen understanding of data search and information gathering, and you know how to utilize this skill to initiate competitor research.
  -   You understand how to create interactive educational  material, or at least is very passionate about learning it.
  -   You are already familiar with digital learning methods, and you know how to incorporate them into educational material.
  -   You know how to simplify difficult learning tasks and make them fun.  
  -   You know how to measure the results of your efforts, and is not afraid to admit failure and change direction when needed.
  -   You are a data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills and a hands-on attitude.
  -   You work well in teams, but is also very capable of working alone.
  -   You are a good communicator, who is close to fluent in English.
  -   You are able to work minimum 25 hours pr. week.
  -   You are able to work from home, under strict deadlines.
  -   Previous experience working in a startup/tech company, and or working in an international environment is a big plus

Basic knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies is an advantage. If you are unfamiliar with the technology, we expect that you will put in the time to learn the basics of why it is relevant, and how it is revolutionizing our world!
