Your function
VentureFusion is seeking a committed Data Metrics Analyst to support both our business and technical development teams. Our platform will measure many metrics in order to give sound ratings on all aspects of startup projects. Together with our business developers and technical staff, you will choose relevant metrics, and set up systems for how to measure and analyze those metrics. Your work will be continues as metrics are improved and as more features are added to the our platform.
You may be tasked with developing research reports for different departments, and putting together strategies for how to utilize the obtained knowledge from that research to our advantage.  This function requires both a strategic and a creative mind-set.

You will get to:
  -   Be part of the entire platform launch process, and see your ideas become real.
  -   Be part of the metrics design process, deciding which metrics should be measured.
  -   Set up and run our platform metrics system (Technical staff is already ready to help).
  -   Process and analyze collected data, and implement improvements.
  -   Work closely with managers from all departments, and take part in both the strategic planning and the execution process.

Your qualifications
  -   You are proactive, productive and confident in your skills.
  -   You have a relevant educational background, preferably within your Master degree.
  -   You have a keen understanding of data metrics as they relate to online rating systems.
  -   You know how to identify relevant business metrics for analysis.
  -   You are able to work creatively and analytically, and you are a good problem-solver.
  -   You understand the importance of knowledge management and knowledge sharing within organizations.
  -   You have a keen mind for data/information processing and analytics.
  -   You are a data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills and a hands-on attitude.
  -   You can create several strategies for solving a problem, and choose the strategy that works the best.
  -   You work well in teams, but is also very capable of working alone.
  -   You are a good communicator, who is close to fluent in English.
  -   You are able to work minimum of 25 hours pr. week.
  -   You are able to work from home, under strict deadlines.
  -   Previous experience working in a startup/tech company, and or working in an international environment is a big plus

Basic knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies is an advantage. If you are unfamiliar with the technology, we expect that you will put in the time to learn the basics of why it is relevant, and how it is revolutionizing our world!
