Your function
VentureFusion is seeking a committed HR & Internal Communications intern who is ready to utilize his/her skills in a dynamic start-up environment. We are currently receiving many job applications, and it will be your job to process these and schedule/perform relevant interviews. In addition you will be tasked with setting up relevant performance metric systems for new and existing employees.  As our HR & Communications intern, you will be developing staff reports and measuring staff performance.

You will be:
  -   Setting-up and running our HR System (Help will be provided from our technical staff).
  -   Processing applications, conducting interviews, hiring new staff.
  -   Processing and analyzing staff activities across different performance metrics.
  -   Building staff progress reports and providing your insights and recommendations. 
  -   Improving existing processes and initiating changes based on your recommendations/ideas.
  -   Performing internal communication tasks, writing memos and sending invitations for meetings.

Your qualifications
  -   You are proactive, productive and confident in your skills.
  -   You have a relevant educational background, preferably within your Master degree.
  -   You have excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  -   You are able to to identify the skills of others, and you understand how to cultivate others skills to make them better.
  -   You have a keen understanding of data gathering and processing, and you know how to utilize your knowledge to initiate relevant research.
  -   You are a data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills and a hands-on attitude.
  -   You are close to fluent in English.
  -   You are able to work minimum 8 hours pr. week.
  -   You are able to work from home, under strict deadlines.
  -   Previous experience working in a startup/tech company, and or working in an international environment is a big plus.


Basic knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies is an advantage. If you are unfamiliar with the technology, we expect that you will put in the time to learn the basics of why it is relevant, and how it is revolutionizing our world!
