Alva is developing a new production technology for electric composite motors and generators with extreme performance. With lower weight, higher efficiency, and higher precision than conventional electrical machines, Alva's products have applications in aerospace, automotive, robotics, wind turbines and medical equipment. We are looking for an exceptional engineer for the position as Senior Automation Engineer, primarily looking for evidence of exceptional ability and practical experience.

The Senior Automation Engineer will be in charge of design, development, and testing of production equipment for automation of Alva's patent-pending production method. By working closely with Alva's diverse team of engineers in composites, mechanical engineering, power engineering and product development, the Senior Automation Engineer should be a good team player and flexible in terms of duties when working in a rapid-changing environment. The candidate is expected to deliver high-quality results.
