Cobiro is growing fast and we are looking for a Marketing Manager to help us develop and implement our marketing initiatives and strategies for our customer acquisition and retention goals. You will be a part of a fast-growing, highly professional and engaged team.

What is Cobiro? 

Cobiro enables any business to setup and automate Google AdWords without prior experience and with minimal configuration. We're on a mission to make search engine marketing accessible to small and medium sized businesses. And unlike the industry standard - it is completely free to use.

The responsibilities include:  

• Develop the new Marketing department from scratch. With its flows, processes, guidelines, reporting and best practice.
• Together with the CEO, implement a robust online advertising strategy for acquiring new customers on a data-driven approach.
• Work on the Tone of Voice and general branding of the company making sure that all communications adhere to the brand guidelines.
• Take care of our website and the visual image that we communicate to our customers through emails, newsletters, etc.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service team to implement a Social Media Strategy (content creation, calendar, approval flow) to retain and educate customers.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

The perfect Candidate for this position has:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience with initiatives that have given quantifiable results
• Experience in leading a team of marketeers and organizing their projects, KPIs and workflows.
• A strong data-driven approach on acquiring customers and experience on funnel analysis using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Experience in performance marketing with focus on ROAS
• Experience with email automation, automated flow creation, etc,.
• Very high personal initiative and the ability to run and lead projects without much supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proactiveness, positivism and enthusiasm about joining a young, dynamic company.
