WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Set up processes for monthly/quarterly reporting to management, board, investors and external stakeholders. 
  • Closely monitor and manage financial resources, and proactively make adjustment suggestions to management.
  • Lead the development and execution of annual budgets, quarterly budget reviews and continuous forecasts.
  • Contribute actively to fundraising activities with long-term financial planning and scenario analysis.
  • Lead development of annual report with company CPA.
  • Ensure professional management of efficient accounting as well as coaching and coordination of the accounting employee
  • Enhance development and implementation of processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and internal controls.
  • Maintain overview of corporate risk and liabilities, inkl. contractual obligations, insurance etc.


WHAT YOU BRING

  • Strong financial background with a University degree from a business school
  • Min. 3 years experience preferably in the “Big Four”, in financial consulting or from similar positions in comparable organisations.
  • Strong eye for detail without losing perspective of the big picture.
  • Understanding of how financial metrics drive strategic and commercial decisionmaking in a fast-moving scale-up business.
  • Advanced Excel skills. 
  • Experience with e-conomic is an advantage.
  • Ability and willingness to continuously adapt to a constantly changing environment.
  • Fluency in English
