Practio is about 30 people, whereof 9 are developers and 3 are UX'ers. Practio has, amongst other things, solutions for giving flu shots and travel vaccines at pharmacies. Modern, medical, web-based systems, that we make sure are well designed, beautiful and ensure high patient safety. You will be part of actually saving lives. This year in Denmark alone, Practio together with our partner-pharmacies saved at least 19 lives not saved by others. Lives saved with our flu vaccination solution.

Qualifications

• Experience with developing web-based systems.
  
• Ability to develop across the stack, taking pride in delivering quality code both on the backend and frontend.
• Willingness to learn JavaScript skills and modern JavaScript libraries and tools such as ES6/7, React, Redux, Node.js, webpack, mocha, chai.
• A learning and sharing mindset. We're trying new things all the time, we often do things the first time. We expect you to try new things, learn, share and grow with the team.
• Comfort with disagreement. We expect you to speak up, when you think there are better ways of doing things. And we expect you to listen when others do the same - the best idea should win. Argue like you're right and listen like you're wrong.
• Computer Science fundamentals and knowledge of software engineering good practices.

The Practio Headquarters are located in Copenhagen, Denmark. You will be joining the Lisbon office with the 5 other developers already there. Even tough half of the developers and UX is located in Copenhagen, we work as one team. We do standups together every morning at 9:15 Lisbon time, and we chat and call each other on slack all the time.
