We are looking to add a talented Product Specialist

Working as product specialist means that you need to have the rare combination of both commercial understanding and technical savviness at the same time. Diving into technical details in the platform is equally important as the ability to present the platform and the value it creates in an inspiring way. You will become the authority on what Bannerflow can do and tailor that to most benefit our clients. You will join our sales representatives and our customer success managers in their meetings with prospective customers and existing customers working as a technical specialist and conducting demos and training. You will inspire and excite them and you will also be the go-to person when technical questions come up. What you can’t answer directly in the meeting, you will find the answer to, and learn from. You aren't expected to know everything from day one, but need to be able to pick up changes on the fly and adapt to the situation.

You believe that to understand the big picture and to be able to add value, you have to dig into the details and master them. You are a naturally good listener and make sure that you understand what is needed before jumping into action. You are passionate about exceeding expectations and be a part of making a true impact on customers digital marketing strategy.

You have:

  • Previous experience from working commercial
  • High Energy and enthusiasm with a strong commitment to exceeding client expectations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, displaying the ability to connect and build relationships
  • Commercially minded, and able to perform platform demos that match pain points with product features and capabilities.
  • Structured and organised. You always prepare your meetings because you understand it is a key to success.
  • Strong presentation skills – able to keep an audience engaged when presenting
  • Passionate about the Ad-tech industry
  • A great colleague, hard-working, social and a supreme communicator.
  • Fluency in both English and Swedish oral and written.

Extra awesomeness:

  • An eye for design
  • Experience from SaaS industry
  • Experience from Ad tech
  • Speak an additional language (German, French, etc)
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML
  • Experience from JSON and XML feeds
