We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a hungry learning mentality and a growth attitude. You will work at our HQ in Finland side by side with the founding team and run Norway's operations from there. You will not be running only Norway's marketing communications, but also lead the operations (physical store set up, recruiting etc) together with us. Experience on the field is highly appreciated but not mandatory. Native Norwegian required. Part-time possible.

About the role

As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible of Norway's marketing communications and customer experience. You will get help from our HQ and get appropriate training. Our Tech and Operations team will support you but you will take responsibility in how you implement our launching strategy in the Norwegian cultural context. Your mission is also to build a great team in Norway. Together with them you have a huge role in building an excellent e-commerce/retail brand.    Besides marketing, you will take part in launching Norway's operations. The job will consist of delivering a good brand message with excellent content, handling social media accounts, thinking analytically, making data-driven decisions, mastering e-commerce marketing, doing physical store set ups and building a world-class brand with the support of a fast-growing technology company.     In this role, you’ll get a lot of help and support on the way, but are also expected to grow into an amazing, independent manager with an exceptional ability to execute every single day.  

What you will do

• Become the marketing communications manager of a new market.
• Build an amazing country team for our first physical store in Norway and executing the store setup itself.
• Lead the team towards our vision of what Swappie should be in the country.
• Help establish and execute on our growth strategy in Norway.
• Produce excellent content (influencer marketing, blog, etc) and handle social media accounts.
• Develop our brand in Norway's cultural context and get better and better while sharing your learnings with our HQ and other markets. You know (or will learn) how to execute the “Build - measure - learn”-loop.
• Lead and guide your team to ensure a seamless experience for our customers in customer service and the physical store.
• Find, establish, and develop operations and customer experience smoother with the store staff and customer service team.
• Create and execute innovative growth campaigns for consumers together with our marketing team at the HQ in Finland.
• Work with communications & PR to make sure the Swappie’s efforts do not go unnoticed.
