YOU ARE:  

• a promising, passionate and highly motivated developer  
  
• a self-propelled, problem solving, prototyping bad ass
• fluent in at least one object-oriented language, like c# or Java with some real-life experience
• comfortable working across the full-stack from the database to the front-end using JavaScript and CSS
• familiar with automated testing and have experience with at least one testing framework
• not shy to jump into learning new technologies and using them to solve real-world problems
• excited by the idea to create a solid, flexible and scalable IT landscape that will be the base for the future success of Norrøna
• triggered by uncertainty, to build as you go and to execute to see results
• conscious about sustainability, and passionate about the outdoors
