We partner classrooms and connect them with activities and support so students can connect with native speakers and practice communicating. We're a team of two co-founders who have taught ourselves enough about business to manage for one year, but now we're looking for some additional support. If you're a graduated or soon to graduate business / entrepreneurship student and would like to join a young start up, this might be for you!

US:

• Taylor + Ander
• Teachers / language-learners / researchers / entrepreneurs 
• Enthusiastic about improving language education in classrooms around Europe 
• Are resourceful and determined

YOU:

• Speak fluent Norwegian and English
• Self-starter (you don't need us to always tell you what to be doing)
• Know a lot about business and starting a business
• Can make budgets and business plans like a pro
• Are confident pitching to investors 
• Have time to get connected to the entrepreneur and EdTech community in Oslo
• Want to have a lot of responsibility within a new start up
• Are willing to learn about and be passionate about the idea and vision behind this company 

PROBABLE TASKS:

• Work very closely with founding team to discuss upcoming projects, future of company, etc.
• Help us negotiate partnerships with relevant businesses, universities, etc.
• Find investors and prepare/give pitches 
• Draft budgets and keep an eye on company finances 
• Participate in focus groups and product development activities 
• Talk to us at random hours of the day about all kinds of business related problems 
• Be involved in an accelerator programme
