Delibr is a tool that will help product owners facilitate decisions and discussions across the lifecycle of a feature. It is a completely new type of product that combines a simple bullet outliner with rich collaboration, content, and integrations added to the bullets. Our broader vision is to save humanity by enabling people to think better together (but we occasionally switch sides and play Cards Against Humanity). We now look to expand our design team to two.

We offer you the chance to become part of a dynamic design duo that tackles interesting, complex problems with a large amount of ownership and autonomy.

Work will happen across the entire design process. Being part of 

• discussion on the overall direction of the product roadmap, 
• the continual refinement of the overall look and feel of the app, as well as 
• design individual features

Follow individual features 

• from being a card on the roadmap, 
• from requirements and specifications, 
• to wireframes and then on 
• to detailed sketches and prototypes and then 
• sometimes doing user interviews to verify design and then
• working with the tech team to ensure consistent implementation.

Much of the work happens on paper/whiteboard, in Sketch and InVision, and of course in our own great tool for product development: Delibr.

Currently, we are a team of 6 people, with 1 designer.
