Salary Competitive

Are you passionate about driving the growth of an exciting traveltech company? Are you truly user centric, wanting to know what drives your users to achieve your goals? Do you enjoy uniting marketing, software development and operations into a powerful growth engine?

Your.Rentals is looking for a Growth Manager (or Hacker if you prefer) to realise our full potential in a fast growing and innovative environment, joining our international team. You’ll be joining our team of 19 motivated people - located in Malmö, Hanoi and Copenhagen. In a flat organisation, you will report to the CEO and work closely with other team members every day. Some travel will be expected.

Our company is the first performance based SaaS provider of software for alternative accommodation property managers - the fastest growing sector in the global accommodation industry. Our users pay no setup or monthly fees for using our software – we earn money on fees charged per booking processed. With more than 11,000 registered property manager users and distribution agreements with leading accommodation providers such as Airbnb, HomeAway, TripAdvisor and Booking.com (“sales channels”) the company is already on a strong growth curve after 1 year.

Role overview

As Growth Manager, you’ll be expected to take end-to-end responsibility for improving key performance metrics to drive revenue growth in our business. This role is not focused on outbound marketing or acquisition, but everything which happens after that.

You will use your skills in behavioural tracking, analysis, segmentation, email and on-site communications, software feature development and experimentation to improve conversions through our activation funnel as well as improving the value of our user accounts. Your goal is to maximise high quality accommodation listings available to our sales channels. You will have a strong focus on understanding the needs, experiences and behaviour of our users and turning that knowledge into timely communications and software user experiences.

This is a management position in our company.

  • To drive growth, you’ll be responsible for constantly analysing the current situation in regard to KPI targets, collecting user feedback/observing behaviour, developing theories how to improve, designing and running experiments to decide the best way to improve, supervising the implementation of improvements, analysing results and repeating the process towards perfection.
  • To support these goals, (among other things) you’ll be responsible for:
  • Determining, assessing and measuring business KPIs that support our revenue growth.
  • Achieving improvement in KPIs through the development of close working relationships with (and guiding) our marketing, software development and operations teams.
  • Drive engagement of users to activate accounts and increase account value.
  • Collecting and analysing user data via web user analytics, user feedback, surveys and user testing.
  • Designing experiments by writing specifications for new product features or changes to existing product features, and/or new communication via email and/or in-app and/or using our product support / key account teams.
  • Running experiments using A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Analysing results and implementing improvements to product features and user communications.
  • Setting up business intelligence reports to allow fast exploration of data to drive decisions.
  • Exploring machine learning to attain more predictive capabilities in our business.
  • Sharing your knowledge, theories, plans, discoveries and results with other key influencers in the company.
  • Reporting of key results and progress on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis.
  • Scaling and automating the growth process.
