The right candidate 

• Have passion for designing great web (and mobile) application experiences
• Is expected to own design in Reviso: Is autonomous and can drive the design agenda
• Is versatile and can do both graphic design as well as UX in highest quality
• Understands how to use agile methods to iteratively improve the design of a product
• Frequently uses facts and metrics from users to guide new feature design
• Is proficient in English, as this is our company language
