We started meploy 2016 to solve the challenge of unemployment and the growing need for flexibility in the labour market - without removing worker’s protection and security. meploy is a digital staffing platform where companies get direct access to a community of temp workers looking for shifts or part-time jobs. Our software automates the matching process, acting like a virtual recruitment consultant without the cost. Our staffing platform removes up to 90% of the traditional agency costs.
Role
Sales lead to grow the customer base and lead expansion in Denmark, and as next step build up a European sales team.
Working with the founding team and advisory board you will be in charge of the whole sales process - from identifying sales opportunities to closing deals – building up a sales team and development of the product vis-á-vis our clients. Our clients range from SMBs to large accounts (+100 million DKK yearly turnover).
We currently focus on logistics and warehouse companies and will grow to other verticals in the future. meploy is an early-stage startup with good traction (month-on-month grow +25%), so we are looking for a person that is comfortable in a chaotic, unpredictable, ever-changing, but also fun, creative, business savvy and flexible work culture and journey.
