Do you want to join the team at our startup collaborative on Holmen? We are looking for part-time employees for our in-house café at Talent Garden Rainmaking. You will be the friendly face saying good morning + good afternoon entrepreneurs! We are 350 people spread across young companies. Mean coffee skills are appreciated.

The people we strive to hire are first and foremost interested in other people. You will be talking to residents and guests in our café. Often you are the first person people see, when they arrive. and the hand they shake, when they leave: We want to deliver the best hosting experience. In other words: You probably fall into the smiling category and you can make everyone feel nothing less than welcome.

Primary tasks

Work closely together with the rest of the Talent Garden Rainmaking team to ensure an overall quality guest experience.

Manage the café: taking coffee orders and preparing simple servings.

Make sure that the cafe area and ground floor is clean and organized.

Preparing coffee, tea, water, lunch, snacks etc for events.

Sometimes

Helping out in general. We're a small team, so there will be the once-in-a-while task of lifting a desk or perfecting a Friday playlist.

Ongoing dialogue with food suppliers.

Working hours

2 days a week.

The cafe is open from 08.00-16.00, while events can happen outside these hours.

We are flexible, when it comes to accommodating your overall schedule, exams etc.

Core skills

You are fluent in English, as many of our residents are international.

Cafe or restaurant experience is required.

Barista skills are a plus.
