Linkfire is looking for a Business Development Assistant with a specific focus on data visualization and reporting to support our Account Management and Business Development in working for the biggest players in the music industry. You will join a company with roots and heart in music, a team of 40+ tech and music enthusiasts from all sides of the world. Rockers and DJs, soccer and basketball players, early twenties and late thirties - we have it all!.
The Role:
- As Business Development Assistant, you will be responsible for developing numerous reports and work closely with the Management team to provide general support.
- You will also be working with a range of key business stakeholders and support them by collecting, analyzing and visualizing existing and new data into insightful reports and presentations.
- We expect you to be able to work a minimum of 20-25 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and visualize our data in comprehensive and appealing presentations for clients and management
- Creation and maintenance of recurring business reports and presentations for different departments
- Support senior management in day-to-day tasks with business insights, various research and reporting of results
- In collaboration with our Data Scientist explore existing and new data to explore and visualize new findings to support our business development
Abilities and Skills:
- A talent for data visualization with the ability to make complex information easily digestible
- An eye for detail and a structured, thorough approach to assignments and deliverables
- You're experienced with digital media and you possess an understanding of quantitative analysis
- You have knowledge of Tableau or a similar data visualization and business intelligence tool.
- You are no stranger to Excel and Keynote (or Powerpoint)
- Exceptional writing skills in the English language.
- You have an interest in music and the music industry
