The Role:

We are entering fundraising mode - and we need a talented resource to help us structure our process and support us on our way to successfully closing an A-round. In this role, you will have a chance to actively learn and participate in the fundraising process, both from the operational finance side as well as from the business execution side.

We’re looking for a Finance and Operations Intern or Student who will be a direct support to our CFO and CEO. You will be driving the backbone operations of our fundraising activities through a structured approach and through organizing our efforts. You will ultimately work towards being able to participate in initial investor pitches/screenings.


Responsibilities:

  • General assistance to the CEO and CFO in the fundraising process
  • Be the driver on executing lead vetting and organizing contacts
  • You will organize meetings, follow-ups and keep track of progress
  • You will be structuring metrics and help us to create reports for investors pitches
  • Take the responsibility to prepare and maintain our document repository (Data room)


Abilities and Skills:

  • You are extremely structured. Organizing and keeping overview are second nature to you.
  • You have the ability to condense complex information into compelling reports
  • You are an avid user of excel/google sheets and keynote/powerpoint. You ideally also know your way around tools like e-conomic, pipedrive and chart mogul.
  • Previous experience with start-up environments and/or fundraising are a plus
  • Last but not least you are fluent in English, both written and spoken
