Let’s face it, invoicing sucks. But it doesn't have to be that way, and that’s something Billogram has already proven. We’ve transformed billing into a positive part of the customer experience, by inventing the digitally shared invoice.
Billogram is a fintech startup whose goal is to transform invoicing from a stale payment request into a shared and interactive meeting place that creates value for both businesses and consumers. In short, we want to move the focus of invoicing from the transaction to the relationship.
We’ve recently gone through a successful pivot towards larger companies, and today we see ourselves as a ´B2B2C´ company whose role is to facilitate a financial relationship between a business and their customers. Our list of clients is growing fast, which is why we’re now looking for someone to pick up where the sales process ends and take control of successfully onboarding our new, larger clients.
The Role
Your work begins when a new partnership is finalized. It’s time to get to know the client, their expectations and begin planning the onboarding process. A big part of this challenge is integrating the client’s system with our API, which requires you to coordinate with our tech team, the client’s and any possible partner’s, to get them all working in sync.
When a new client starts using our platform their experience needs to be beyond expectations and with your help know it will be. Once up and running you’ll also be responsible for making sure that clients continue to get the most out of our product.
Apart from the hands-on work of onboarding, you will get ownership of customer success strategies and processes. You will also get a chance to contribute to the continued optimization of our onboarding process as a whole and implement your own learnings along the way.
About you
Your ability to communicate, multitask and lead projects will of course be key. Apart from that you’re a proactive, organized and determined person, who has experience from customer focused roles with coordinating responsibility.
We believe that you will work hard to quickly build a deep understanding of our product and what we do to help our clients create a better relationship with their customers. We think that you have previous knowledge of technical implementations as well as a few years experience of working with large enterprises, in a B2B role. Apart from this you comprehend our vision, long-term goals, and you speak our language.
But most of all, you’re an ambassador for Billogram.
