Founded in 2015, Practio is a fast growing technology company on a mission to build digital health solutions that give consumers better access to quality healthcare services. We are looking to step up our customer support efforts with a Customer Support Lead that will help our rapidly growing base of both professional and consumer customers, as well as build out our future customer support team.
From our office in Copenhagen, you will be working closely with energetic colleagues characterised by humor, a great sense of responsibility and dedication across the organisation. You will build and lead our customer support team, providing exceptional support to both our pharmacy partners and our users.
The position is full time. Reporting directly to the management team you will be working closely with colleagues across our team, including product management, business development and finance.
