As a Customer Success Manager, your ultimate goal is to make sure that your customers reach their goals within digital advertising, through using the Bannerflow platform.
You will own the overall relationship with your assigned customers, from getting them successfully onboarded, to helping them develop more sophisticated advertising. You will work proactively to help them grow, and create remarkable campaigns.
As their first point of contact you will be close to both decision makers and designers. Acting as their trusted advisor and pushing the boundaries of the customer’s mindset. Internally you will be their advocate, supplying valuable feedback and knowledge, which will be used to improve the Bannerflow product.
