The job
Learningbank is looking for an experienced, flexible, and pro-active Product Manager to keep our online platform in line with business strategy and identify new development needs.
You will be working closely with our technical team and our consultants to develop and optimize our product.
Main responsibilities and tasks
• Research industry trends and evaluate customer feedback on needs, challenges or suggestions
• Review, plan and prioritize new features, in collaboration with CTO and other leaders
• Oversee that user stories, wireframes etc. are created with help of UX specialists and testers
• Taking part in the agile development process together with the development team
• Ensure involvement of internal teams to ensure company is aware timely about upcoming changes (communication and showcases)
• Plan marketing and technical communication to customers on new releases (prior and during project)
• Request documentation from Development team at high level, so that HelpCenter can be updated with how-to-guidelines
• Review use and value of existing features – determine where maintenance, improvement or removal might be needed
• Review idea log regularly to categorize and link up to future enhancements
Requirements / Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role:
• has 2-5 years experience in product development or management,
• has industry knowledge and experience within learning, talent or HR,
• must speak English, while Danish is a plus,
• must have good project management skills and lead initiatives from start to finish,
• is a strong organizer, collaborator, and communicator,
• and should ideally have an undergraduate degree as a minimum within a technical or business-related field, but related proven experience can also be acceptable.
