Your Background

You have a formal education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent (in place of that, you acquired those skills after many years of on-the-job training, working with other extraordinary software engineers).                                                                                                                   

Profile

You are a software architect with significant front-end experience. You appreciate well-structured code base that's maintainable, scalable, testable, and flexible. You are passionate about bringing complex concepts to life in a beautiful and simple way. You are detail oriented and have great empathy for end-users. You can balance the trade-offs of SPA vs. Server-side rendering, and know when to use what. Leading a small agile development team makes your entrepreneurial spirit tick. You are visionary and have the desire to guide junior staff and pro-actively pursue the role as architect. Experience with financial services is a plus, but not a must. You will get the opportunity to define our tech stack. However, we expect you to implement a modern and highly scalable stack based on AWS cloud dynamic language.
