Ardoq is a SaaS platform that brings state-of-the-art business intelligence and visualization capabilities to the governance, risk and compliance market. We’re looking for a senior product designer to help plan, design, prototype and build new awesome features for Ardoq’s platform. You will work closely with product, research, and engineering to build and ship new features, measure their impact, and iterate on existing features.
Responsibilities
- Take abstract ideas and turn them into meaningful and shipped product changes.
- Design focused, useable features for enterprise users.
- Turn user stories into wireframes and mockups.
- Regularly present work and share feedback with the product team.
- Iterate on design changes using the best tools for the job (ranging from sketches to production CSS.)
Minimum Qualifications
- Examples of strong product and interaction work.
- Communication and writing skills. You have to explain ideas and share opinions with small teams, the entire company, and the people using our product.
- 2+ years experience building and shipping web applications (SaaS).
- Proficiency with Sketch App and/or relevant Adobe products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Enjoys crossing back and forth between UX and digital design.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS (you should be able to prototype or ship code.)
- Experience working with user research and data to inform decisions.
- Some familiarity with React, or willingness to learn.
