The Role:

We’ve been running on high-speed for the last two years rebuilding our main system that routes 30+ Million users monthly to the music they love. We are now in the process of building new products - and this is where you will come in:

You'll become an essential part of building an innovative social ad product, that uses first party data to automatically hyper target and run personalized ads to music fans worldwide. Your work will extend upon the product's early stages, on top of a sparkling-new API and you will get a lot of responsibility and opportunity to shape the product. 

To succeed we are looking for a Senior Front-end Lead Developer with a healthy understanding of our PHP back-end. You are eager to lead the development, to share your experience and knowledge with team members and will ensure that the product integrates seamlessly with our scalable platform. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with the development team, build, maintain and optimise the product and ensure integration with our scalable platform
  • Take ownership of certain shared components across our product portfolio and ensure integration of these components across all development teams
  • Take a leading role in shaping the development through best-practice and ideas in the decision making for front-end implementations
  • Optimize code and refactor when needed
  • Be able and willing to test and document your code
  • Report any issues you find
  • Stay updated on the field of front-end development through attending company training as well as self-education

 

Abilities and Skills:

  • +5 years of Front-end development in JavaScript based frameworks
  • Fluent with JavaScript/ES2015, SASS, HTML5
  • Experienced in Vue.js, React or Ember
  • Experience and knowledge of PHP is a big plus
  • Used to a high level of responsibility and experienced in taking the technical lead on development
  • Strong executional and communication skills 
  • Comfortable with working in an international environment and fluent in English
  • Being familiar with the Scrum framework is a plus, if you're a Scrum Master it's a WIN
