You’ll get all the help you need on concept and creative, but ultimately you’ll be responsible for executing and growing our business in either the Danish, Swedish or Norwegian market.
IDEA
We are aiming at disrupting the search and selection market and already now we have closed the first deal. Among our corporate customers is Danske Bank. At this stage we are making our way to a product-market fit and finding a sustainable business model. Later we will be scaling our platform to markets outside Scandinavia. Our go-to-market roadmap is ambitious with plenty of exciting challenges to be tackled.
TEAM
We are a cross-functional team of six, with years of experience from management consulting, advertising, concept development, design and engineering. Our way of working is no-bullshit agile. We don’t do year-to-year strategies, but are by design pushing our business forward by constantly improving our value proposition, product and channels.
YOU
Apart from the upfront requirements of being an extrovert customer oriented sales person and a hands-on executioner we expect you to:
• Be pursuing an M.sc or B.sc at Copenhagen Business School or similar university
• Have a high degree of interest in the startup scene and therefore willing to fill out the blanks with a very steep learning curve
• Be fluent in Danish, Norwegian or Swedish – verbally and written
• Have a great understanding of human resource requirement in corporates
• Be able to put in at least 15 hours of work a week
