ABOUT THE JOB
As our sales and marketing manager are you responsible for creating and cultivating, our sales funnel, both digitally and in the real world, to generate sales. Your activities will consist of all aspects related to selling and marketing professional 360° cameras, generating leads, and optimizing conversion.
Salary is dependent on qualification and we provide an attractive bonus scheme. The right candidate may become CCO/CMO within a short time.
ABOUT YOU
• You have a related degree and work experience within marketing and (camera/tech) sales
• You have drive and like to get your hands dirty
• You learn fast, are committed to your tasks, and are accountable
• You know what it takes to convince somebody and have endurance
• You understand the process structures of video producers and photographers, their customers, and their decision routes
• Camera retail or video production experience is a plus
• Experience in SMM, marketing analytics, inbound marketing, and email campaigns is a strong plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparing sales campaign strategy, materials, and events, such as email newsletters, webinars, and workshops.
• Identifying and mapping lead customers and gathering emails
• Meetings and workshops - in person and online via webinars
• Customer education and support are essential part of the role
• Making sure products are shipped to the right accounts
• Facilitating payments of customers
• Deliver sales according to the targets
