The position
Komfo is striving for global leadership within our field and, to support the rapid growth, we are looking for a sharp Growth Hacker as part of our Copenhagen Marketing & Partners Team. Together with your team colleagues, you will help a valuable social media relationship software drive growth across user journeys and reach its key audiences.
Your main responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and execute Komfo’s digital lead generation strategy across all our social touchpoints and paid acquisition channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, AdWords, organic traffic, various software listing sites)
- Optimize the traffic on all our digital channels and start up new channels for lead generation
- Analyze online user behavior, conversion data, as well customer journeys and funnels for the production of marketing content
- Run A/B testing on website and ad campaigns to optimize open & conversion rates based on results
- Track & report email and digital campaign performance and use quantitative and qualitative data to tap into digital customer behavior
- Segment user profiles to maximize personalization, activation, and retention
The ideal candidate:
- Has an interest in digital marketing, funnel optimization, and paid acquisition such as AdWords, Facebook ads, Twitter ads, etc.
- Has some experience with growth hacking, SEO/SEM, Social advertising, lead campaigns, and A/B testing
- Knows the ins and outs of creating real business value through B2C and B2B communication
- Interest in learning about customer’s behavior through both
- Thrives in a dynamic environment where the focus is on driving results, being open to feedback from team colleagues, and staying curious
- Has written and verbal communication skills in English
- Loves social media and SaaS solutions!
