Our platform makes the daily lives of teachers, managers and parents much easier, by helping them organise and coordinate the many time-consuming tasks involved in running a successful preschool or nursery.

Famly has been in the market for 4 years, and is used by thousands of parents every day in Denmark, Germany, US and UK. We have received investments from prominent angel investors such as Klaus Nyengaard (Just Eat), Christian Birk (Endomondo), Alexander Aghassipour & Morten Primdahl (Zendesk), and Peter and Susanne Gjørup (Top Toy). We’re based in central Copenhagen, and have recently attracted larger UK customers, that’s why we are in need of an talented, serviceminded Customer Success/Customer Support specialist.

The Role

  • Your main priority will be catering for our English speaking customers, with a focus on direct customer support both in writing and over the phone.
  • You will do the end-to-end onboarding support of new customers, making sure they get off to the best possible start with Famly.
  • You will teach customers how to use the product and will also gather information from them in order to tweak our product and help our tech team detect any bugs.
  • We thrive at high pace, while maintaining sky high quality on all fronts.
  • You will be a key strategic and operational component in helping our users make the most of the Famly platform in the UK market.

What we are looking for

  • Someone with a chatty and patient personality to help us cater for our amazing customers
  • Native to the UK and fluent in written and spoken English. Our company language is English.
  • Someone who is interested in the startup culture and wants to take a hit-the ground running position with huge impact on our business.
  • Tech savvy
  • Mad problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and structured
